Shipping and Returns


Our online commitment is to display only scents/candles/items that are in stock and available to ensure that your order is processed quickly. 

Most scents/candles are already handcrafted and ready for shipping. In this case, candles are shipped within one to two business days. 

If the candle/scent is not previously handcrafted it may take an additional 5-7 business days for processing. 

During certain peak times, the shipping of orders may be delayed due to an influx of orders. Our goal is to ship within the 5-7 business day timeframe. 

Shipping costs are calculated based on USPS rates and are subject to change. 


All sales are final. 

If your items arrive damaged, please email a photo of the damaged item and tracking number (if available) within 5 days of delivery receipt. You are able to request a refund or a replacement of the damaged product, if available.
